Dear Partner,

On behalf of all of our people at Midwich, we send our best wishes to any of our partners who may be affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.

During this unprecedented time our priority is to protect the health of our people, whilst maintaining excellent supply and the very best service levels to our customers and vendors.

It has been a hectic time and we have been working tirelessly to implement a range of continuity measures.

We have successfully mobilised our teams and many are already working from home with no disruption to service levels.

Our offices across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia remain open with critical on-site functions and services supported by smaller, local teams.

As part of our commitment to flatten the curve we have temporarily suspended visits and face-to-face events until we have confidence that it is safe to resume. In the meantime we are bridging this gap with the use of conferencing and collaboration solutions.

There is currently no impact on our warehouses which are open and providing normal service-levels. Stock is forecast many months in advance and we are maintaining good stock levels across key lines.

Clearly, this is a rapidly shifting situation, and our team of account managers and specialists will work with you to find a suitable solution or alternative in the event of any delays. If you can provide as much notice as possible of your project requirement this will further ease the situation.

For the avoidance of doubt, Midwich is open for business. Our experienced teams are unwavering and continue to provide the very best supply and support. Many of us might now be working from home but we are using the technologies that we know and sell to keep connected. We are here to support you.

Please do talk to us if there is anything that we can do to help you during this time.

Best wishes on behalf of Team Midwich.

Michael Broadbent,

Managing Director, Midwich APAC
