May Mi Support BrightSign Training Sessions**

Requirements:

  • Ensure you have administrator rights to download and install BA:Connected
  • Midwich recommends you download the BA:Connected software prior to the day onto a computer you can use during the session.
  • If you have access to a BrightSign player please have it with you during the session. If you don’t have physical access to a BrightSign player, it would be helpful to be at least on the same Local Network as the player. If you don’t have access to the player, that is also fine.
  • Feel free to have any videos/images you would like to test out.
